Photos delivered via Wetransfer as a zip file, link expires in 7 days. It is your responsibility to download files within 7 days. I do not save photos.
 

Pre-Shoot Home Condition

• Every home will be photographed in less than 2 hours, unless discussed otherwise. I need that entire time to create the awesome, magazine-quality set of images you’re looking for. Therefore, staging and preparationof the home (see “home prep tips” page) should all be completed before I arrive. Thank you!

Shoot Duration

• Unless you hear from me otherwise, all shoots are completed in 2 hours or less.

Turn Around Time

• Photos received between 8:00-10:00 pm the next day, unless we discuss otherwise.

Payment Information

​

• I use Square payment system and also accept checks / cash the day of the shoot.

 

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time.

 

Reschedule Due To Weather

• Unless it is pouring rain, the home will look amazing no matter what the weather is like. For homes with waterfront views however, I do try to be as lenient as possible when it comes to rescheduling due to weather, as clouds/marine layers/fog can in fact greatly impact the quality of the photos.

Image Usage Licensing For Residential Home Sales and Commercial Properties.

• Images are the intellectual property of Mr. Pending Real Estate Photographer Inc. Copyright to all images produced for real estate agents, brokers, or any other entity, will be held by Mr. Pending Real Estate Photographer Inc

• All Image Licenses Are Non-Exclusive. 

• The client is granted the right to use the images temporarily, strictly for the purposes of marketing the property. This temporary, non-exclusive license to use the images ends when the property is sold, relisted or taken off the market.

• Usage is not granted to any third party.

• Usage for marketing after the property is sold or relisted must be approved by Mr. Pending Real Estate Photographer Inc (please contact me via email about this).

• Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, buyers or sellers, is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is given by Mr. Pending Real Estate Photographer Inc.

• Image rights are non-transferable and cannot be traded, bartered or sold.

 

Client Representation

• You must either be present at the shoot, or have a representative present. This is in order to approve your desired shot list. If you or a representative are not present at the shoot, or if you do not give me any input during the shoot, the set of images deliver will be deemed as acceptable.

 

Retouching After Delivery

Retouching or reworking photographs after initial delivery will incur an hourly retouching fee.
